Iloinen

Just a tiny little update here to tell you that the first hatchling is out and she/he is a loud one I must say! But the egg too was the biggest of them all, so we will see how it will develop :)

I could also see a little "food bubble" instead of an empty crop, so that was a relief - it's been fed. There was after all a chance that the parents wouldn't feed, as the first one was found dead, but then again, there was something wrong with the hatching too that time, egg shell getting darker and it taking so much time.

But that is all, nothing more to report, wishfully happy here.

Pikaisesti ilmoitan että ensimmäinen poikanen on kuoriutunut ja hän on melkoisen kovaääninen! Muna oli myös sisarus- serkusmuniaan isompi, joten jännityksellä nähdään millaisia kokoeroja poikasissa kenties on - jos on.

Ehdin myös nähdä pikkuisen palluraisen siinä missä voisi myös olla tyhjä kupu - joten olen kovasti helpottunut nyt, se on siis saanut ruokaa. Aina oli kuitenkin mahdollisuus ensimmäisen kuolleen poikasen jälkeen, että emot jättivät sen ruokkimatta, mutta nyt on todennäköisempää, että kuoriutumisen kanssa oli jotain sellaista ongelmaa, ettei poikanen selvinnyt hengissä.

Mutta ei sen enempää raportoitavaa täällä, toiveikkaasti iloinen.
